Sweetheart Bodycare is a black woman own bodycare brand located in Sacramento, California USA - the heart of Northern California, that has a sweet take on natural bodycare products. Our gourmand inspired bodycare goodies are a sweet treat for your skin, and we mean that literally! From the sweet scents to the aesthetics and natural ingredients - our products will leave your skin feeling irresistibly hydrated and nourished while leaving you smelling just like a yummy treat.

Sweetheart Bodycare was founded by Melissa in 2025. I created Sweetheart Bodycare from a personal life journey of mine. From a young age, I have struggled with severely dry skin from eczema that caused painful flare ups which made it difficult to find bodycare products suitable for my skin that did not trigger the condition. Especially scented bodycare. I have had to use prescription topical steroid creams over the years to help control my eczema and with using those types of creams, there is always a risk of getting even worst skin conditions. Which made me want to create my own skincare products that not only helps with my dry skin, doesn’t trigger my eczema or expose me harsh chemicals but also smells amazing, not boring or medicine like.

I strongly believe that bodycare products created with beautiful fragrances that are not basic can be enjoyed by all skin types and skin conditions. Truly making a person feel soft and comforted, loving their beautiful skin that makes them unique. What started out as a handcrafted products that I made for myself, family, and friends quickly grew with into a passion for creating products that help people that struggle with finding scented bodycare products that are safe for very sensitive skin like mine. Through all of my products from moisturizing body oils, fluffy whipped body butters, and much more, I want everyone to feel confident, soft, and cared for in their skin.
